The Ideal Candidate Has
6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, supporting U.S. clients.
Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, StackOverflow, etc
Proven experience hiring Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, and Frontend Developers.
Familiarity with ATS systems such as JazzHR.
Strong communication skills (written and spoken) and ability to engage candidates professionally.
High ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
Advanced English level (C1 preferred, strong B2 may be considered).
Nice to Have
Experience building and maintaining candidate pipelines (silver medalists).
