Who We need: 
 
We’re seeking an experienced XDR product manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at collaborating with cross-functional teams, and understands how to balance deep technical expertise with business strategy. The ideal candidate is decisive, knows how to prioritize effectively, and can clearly communicate the reasoning behind key product decisions. This person will play a crucial role in shaping our XDR platform by bridging technical innovation with practical real-world security needs. 
  
  
What You’ll Do
  • Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Extended Detection and Response (XDR) platform 
  • Collaborate with engineering, threat research, Managed service, and design teams to develop features that enhance detection, investigation, and response capabilities. 
  • Engage with customers, partners, and sales teams to gather insights and translate them into actionable product requirements 
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches, messaging, and positioning
  • Track and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to ensure our XDR offering remains best-in-class 
  • Define key success metrics, track product performance, and continuously iterate to improve efficacy and user experience
 
Skills You’ll Need to Have: 
  • 5+ years of product management experience in cybersecurity - XDR, SIEM, SOAR, EDR 

  • This role will need both - strong product management skills and deep technical acumen 

  • Strong technical understanding of cybersecurity threats, detection techniques, and incident response workflows 

  • Act as a key interface between customers, sales, and engineering, ensuring clear communication of product benefits, competitive advantages, and best implementation strategies

  • Strong project execution skills, attention to detail, and a risk-mitigation mentality 

  • Experience working with cloud-native security solutions and API integrations 

  • Demonstrated ability to deeply understand customer pain points, evaluate complex issues, and effectively communicate problem statements 

  • Ability to lead and influence via persuasion, perseverance, and energy to drive consensus across functions and teams 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders 

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Familiarity with industry frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and CIS

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
