JOB SUMMARY:

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to take our non-tech hiring to the next level. If you’re great at partnering with hiring managers, building pipelines, and bringing top talents, we want to hear from you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for non-tech roles, occasionally extending to technical positions

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers from the initial stage of job opening and ensure alignment with company objectives

  • Driving our employer branding activities and bringing fresh ideas to make it even stronger

  • Occasionally represent Infomediji (DeoVR) at conferences, meetups and other events to connect and network with top talents

YOUR PROFILE:
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

  • At least 1+ year of experience focusing on non-technical roles in tech companies (e.g., Business Development Manager, Product Manager, Content Manager, etc.)

  • Strong sourcing skills and a clear understanding of “where to source”

  • Proven experience collaborating directly with hiring managers from Lead to Executive level

  • Readiness to work in a startup environment with a strong sense of personal ownership

  • Fluency in English (B2 and above)

  • Fluency in Russian is a plus

HIRING PROCESS:
  • HR Screening (45 min)

  • Case Task (1-3 hours)

  • Team Interview (1 hour)

  • CEO call (30 min)
