As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the frontline support for our clients, managing inquiries through our ticketing system and providing exceptional service.   • Resolving customer tickets within a 4-hour SLA
  • Working with ticketing systems and navigating technical complexities

  • This is a contract position (paid once monthly)
  • Work from anywhere in the world! 🌎 Fully remote
  • Tech requirements: You'll need your own laptop that can handle a security VPN, Google Meet/Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Office
  • Pay: $25-30/hour ($50,000-$62,400/year) with flexibility on the range 
    • Important Note: Pay range is for US-based employees only.

  • Hours: 40 hours/week, 5 days/week (schedule includes Monday-Sunday)
