Job description

As an Account Executive at Progitek/Dentitek, you'll play a pivotal role in driving new business growth in the QC dental market. Your mission is to identify high-value prospects, initiate meaningful conversations, and close deals that drive revenue growth and client success. You’ll become an expert in outbound prospecting and solution selling in the dental industry to help practices achieve their goals. 

 

What You'll Do: 

  • Drive revenue for Dentitek, owning the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through close and activation for dental offices and groups in QC 
  • Develop strategies for hunting, demoing the product, and closing opportunities to meet quarterly and annual goals 
  • Provide a consultative selling approach through analyzing customer needs, advising customers, and building and maintaining long-standing relationships 
  • Focus on results - pipeline generation, revenue, and forecast accuracy 
  • Navigate internal and external stakeholders including dentists, suppliers, office managers, consultants, and cross functional partners 
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, design, solutions, and engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback 

Requirements

  • Preferred minimum of 3+ years’ experience in dental, software, or technology sales within the Quebec market 
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets in a 100% new business quota environment 
  • Ability to articulate Dentitek's value proposition with dentists, dental specialists, office managers, and decision makers 
  • Experience consistently self-sourcing pipeline through networking, cold outbound, partner building, and warm introductions, and conducting impactful demos and presentations 
  • Consultative sales approach, leveraging analytical & quantitative skills; ability to manage and run opportunities prospect to close 
  • Outstanding Salesforce/CRM knowledge 
  • Self-motivated; entrepreneurial spirit 
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced dynamic environment - high adaptability and understanding of change within the evolution of a scaling company 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication & negotiation skills in French (bilingual English/French preferred)  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field preferred 
  • Ability to travel within QC for tradeshows, conferences, and customer demos/calls from time to time 
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
