Responsibilities

Mobile App Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter framework.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices are followed and high-quality code is delivered.
Architecture Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and maintainable architecture for mobile applications.
Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and implementation of best practices.
Problem Solving: Identify and address technical challenges and bottlenecks in mobile application development.
Performance Optimization: Optimize mobile applications for performance, responsiveness, and efficiency.
Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment of mobile applications.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for mobile applications, including architecture diagrams, API documentation, and code documentation.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality mobile applications.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a mobile developer, with at least 4 years of experience in Flutter development.
Strong understanding of mobile app development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
Knowledge of mobile app design principles and UI/UX best practices.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of third-party libraries and services.
Experience with version control systems, such as Git.

Strong coding skills and ability to write clean, maintainable code.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Leadership qualities and ability to provide technical guidance to a development team.

Experience in developing and deploying mobile applications to both iOS and Android platforms.
