As a Project Manager for our Vision Care Business Unit, you will provide dedicated support to our Strategic Account Executive sales team through the performance of detailed and comprehensive project management duties. This role is crafted to support execution of new RetinaVue strategic sales throughout launch and implementation of pilot projects, ensure smooth, efficient, execution in order to secure system-wide standardization purchase! This will require detailed understanding of and ability to lead many internal resources from a variety of departments: sales, operations, technical, security, legal, training, customer service, and others, as needed.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead project life cycle with large strategic account contracts
  • Liaison between customer and contracting/legal
  • Develop and support contracting workflows/standards in collaboration with contract specialist
  • One point of contact for all vision PM contracting both business and strategic accounts
  • Work with and coordinate internal and external functional teams to achieve successful outcomes
  • Support field sales and collaboration with Customer Success Team to build and implement successful program management for new and existing strategic accounts
  • You will work closely with the entire Vision Care team to implement a product that helps prevent permanent vision loss in patients living with diabetes
  • We hold an inclusive and collaborative team environment
  • Develop processes, procedures, and guide to support both internal and external teams
  • Daily use of salesforce.com, PowerBI, SAP to track and support updates to Strategic Accounts Team
  • Daily use of virtual meetings and customer calls

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • PMP certification - preferred
  • 2+ years of successful project management/sales product support- preferred medical industry
  • Highly self-directed, attentive to detail, strong at taking ownership and leading teams to effective outcomes
  • Must be willing to identify additional areas of improvement to drive revenue for the organization
  • Strategic problem-solving skills
  • Customer focused mentality and the ability to interact with senior executives and directors within large IDN’s and health plans
  • Professional demeanor, with the ability to convey messages clearly and succinctly in written and verbal communication

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $88,000.00 to $121,000.00 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location.
