Salary Range:             $151,000 - $161,000 per year

Location:                     1055 LPL Way, Fort Mill, SC 29715

Telecommuting:          100% Telecommuting is permitted from any location in the U.S.

JOB DUTIES: Serve as a strong and versatile hands-on technical lead. Lead multiple parallel initiatives with attention to details, manage outcomes and is passionate about Software Quality Engineering, CI/CD, DevOps. Act as the point for Software Development Engineers in Test (SDET’s) working in Agile model supporting delivery teams to achieve consistent, predictable, high-quality releases by implementing common practices, tools, metrics, automation frameworks and oversight and delivering high quality solutions that meet business objectives in a flexible, collaborative and rapidly changing environment. Manage resources across different geographical locations and offshore vendors. Work as a lead/trainer in a large, complex QA organization, with a demonstrated ability to implement scalable automation solutions. Drive innovative testing solutions within a complex and modern Enterprise Platform. Driving quality metrics to improve customer quality. Drive release efficiency, reduce regression cycle time, and time to market.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained.

Alternatively, Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained.

Applicants must have demonstrated experience in each the following:

  • Developing new test automation frameworks or extending one of standard test automation frameworks (TestNG, Junit, or Pytest) using object-oriented programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript);

  • Developing, executing, and maintaining unit, functional, integration and system tests in object-oriented programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript) for testing (UI, API, database, and data stream) using Selenium, Appium, REST-Assured, and SQL;

  • Using test case management tools (qTest, TestRail, or Zephyr);

  • Using code versioning tools (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or TFS);

  • Using TeamCity, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bamboo, or Octopus to develop, execute and maintain highly-automated CI/CD testing pipelines;

  • Working on Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP or Pivotal Could Foundry); and

  • Applying Agile methodologies in the software testing lifecycle using Jira.


 

Pay Range:

$151,000 - $161,000

 
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
