Job description

Description

The Customer Care Specialist acts as a liaison between Gett, its drivers, clients and passengers. Customer Care is key to the delivery of our service commitments and is vital in your approach towards your duties.

You are an integral part of the customer service, drivers support service. The role is entirely customer facing. Another part of your responsibility is the key to growing the business and developing a reputation for service excellence, and acting like a role model in both action and attitude.


Requirements

  • To be available during the following shifts from Sunday to Friday :07.00 – 15.00, 15.00 – 23.00
  • Ensure high service standards and maintain customer satisfaction by providing WOW service
  • Work in a dynamic, team-focused environment with great freedom, career development, and benefits
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
  • Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize
  • Able to work individually and as a team
  • Must - good Hebrew skills both verbal and written
  •  Quick-learner in a fast-changing environment
