Job Description
  • Generating and qualifying new leads through outbound calls and digital outreach.
  • Actively engaging with prospective clients to understand their needs and introduce relevant solutions.
  • Managing and tracking sales leads to using CRM systems to ensure a smooth handover to the sales team.
  • Supporting sales and marketing efforts with campaign follow-ups and client engagement activities.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve lead generation strategies and processes.


Requirements
  • With 2 years of experience or more in sales and lead generation 
  • Experience working for an Australian Client/Business is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across all platforms.
  • Proven experience in outbound calling and customer engagement.
  • Excellent customer service orientation with a professional and friendly approach.
  • Ability to manage and build client relationships effectively.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Prior experience in a sales development or telemarketing role.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
    • Exposure to financial services or a similar customer-centric industry.
