I‘m the direct recruiter for a Remote Transaction Coordinator with a veteran-owned, growing US real estate investment company!
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM CST
Negotiable, Competitive pay; long-term contract (no end date)
As Transaction Coordinator with Land Investing Solutions ( https://landinvestingsolutions.com/ ), you’ll help manage real estate transactions for our company. This is a full-time, remote, independent contractor role. You will play a key part in making sure our deals run smoothly from start to finish. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and have experience in real estate, we'd love to hear from you!
HIGHLIGHTS
Title Company Liaison: Help manage transactions from contract to closing and build relationships with title companies, especially in new areas.
Bank Liaison: Process real estate loan applications during and after closing.
Manage Contracts: Keep track of 35-45 transactions at different stages of the process.
Weekly Reporting: Update our CRM system with all details of each transaction and report to the manager and team every week.
Special Projects: Work on tasks like probate, deeds, and creating contracts with attorneys.
REQUIREMENTS
Around 2 or more recent years of experience, including:
Knowledge of deeds, land surveys, settlement statements, contracts, loan applications, and researching local laws
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Experience with CRM systems (i.e., Trello, Asana) is a plus
Must have your own computer and reliable internet
