This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Develop targeted content strategies for the fragrance and events industry
Create basic graphics and short video content including reels
Schedule and manage posts across all platforms
Engage with community through comments and direct messages
Join and participate in relevant event planning and wedding groups
Reach out to and engage with event industry influencers
Create compelling captions that showcase custom fragrance experiences
Track and analyze social media metrics and engagement
Support creation of digital marketing materials for events and packages
Scope:
Part-time (20 hours minimum) or full-time (40 hours)
Work during U.S. business hours
Manage all company social media accounts
Create content for special events and product launches
Handle direct customer engagement through social channels
Strong creative writing and copywriting skills
Experience with multiple social media platforms
Basic graphic design capabilities
Video editing and reel creation experience
Strong communication skills in English
Understanding of social media marketing strategies
Experience with content scheduling and management tools
Knowledge of events and luxury services industry preferred
