Summary/Objective
The Director of Auction Accounts is responsible for managing the Auction Account Representatives. This person will oversee Remarketing and auction procedures to ensure that they are carried out according to established policies, train and develop subordinate managers and coordinate projects and department initiatives. The Director will recommend changes to procedures, prepare periodic reports on department performance, and distribute auction assigned workload while ensuring compliant, efficient, and effective completion of client-assigned workload.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are variable and based on business need. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Travel up to
35% on auction and client meetings.
Physical Requirements
This position is indoors. Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period. May be asked to lift approximately 25 lbs. Exposure to moderate noise and light, i.e., business office with computers, phone, printers, light foot traffic.
