The Role
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Head of Operations to lead our delivery team. This is an important leadership role that will help shape our growth trajectory, ensuring that we deliver exceptional results for our top-tier clients while driving efficiencies through process innovation and technology.
This role will report directly to the Managing Director, with the opportunity to deputize for him and to contribute to the broader strategic vision of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Strategy & Leadership:
  • Design and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiencies, aligning with the company’s vision for scalability and excellence.
  • Lead process improvements and leverage technology to streamline workflows, boost productivity, and enhance team collaboration.
  • Ownership of KPIs across for client delivery teams, ensuring high standards of performance.
Team Leadership & Development:
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a talented team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Develop professional growth opportunities for team members through mentoring and tailored training initiatives.
  • Ensure optimal team structures and resource allocation to meet client demands effectively.
Change Management & Growth Enablement:
  • Drive change management initiatives, embedding new processes and technologies with minimal disruption.
  • Identify and overcome operational bottlenecks to enable seamless scaling of the business.
Client & Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, including conducting quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and addressing escalations with confidence and care.
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness
  • Partner with sales teams to align operational excellence with client needs and deliverables.
Content Strategy:
  • Understand multilingual content production, localization, and SEO-driven strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
  • Ensure the highest quality standards across content creation, with a focus on discoverability and measurable impact.
Strategic Insights & Reporting:
  • Provide regular, data-driven insights to the MD, tracking operational progress, team performance, and process enhancements.
  • Recommend improvements and strategic pivots based on analytics and industry trends.

Required Qualifications and Skills
Experience:
  • 7+ years in operations leadership, ideally within content production, SEO, localization or digital marketing environments.
  • Proven ability to lead and optimize cross-functional, remote teams in fast-paced, client-facing contexts.
  • Strong track record in implementing change management initiatives and improving operational efficiency at scale.
Skills:
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
  • Expertise in process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Understanding of content performance and SEO
