Designing and implementing manual functional tests and debugging software.

Developing and executing automation test cases and performing exploratory testing.

Executing regression testing on software releases and reviewing requirements.

Participating in Agile ceremonies including daily scrums, sprint planning, and backlog refinements.

Position: QA Tester
Location: Fully Remote

Job Description:

Responsibilities include –
• Designing and implementing manual functional tests, debugging, and defining corrective actions.
• Design, develop and execute automation tests cases
• Performing exploratory testing, identifying defects and coordinating resolution.
• Executing regression testing on software releases
• Review requirements and validate test findings, providing feedback and results to agile team.
• Be an active participant in Agile ceremonies including daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint retrospective, sprint demo, backlog refinements etc.

Preferred Skills/Experience –
• Strong development background in React JS, preferred experience in Test Cafe for test automation.
• Database experience (SQL Server preferred)
• Comfortable with standard development tools such as Git, VS Code, Confluence/Jira
• Software Testing, Analytical & troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effective management of time and priorities to ensure commitments are met
• Organized and methodical approach with good attention to detail
• Should be able to work effectively in fast paced, multi-tasking environment, under time pressure, in an agile environment with a desire to achieve excellence.
