Job Location: 5960 Heisley Road, Mentor, OH 44060. 100% telecommuting role. Reports to company headquarters in Mentor, OH. Can work remotely or telecommute.
Salary: $157,075.10 - $187,000.00 /year
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Summary of Duties
Design software solutions for medical devices and/or medical IT applications. Perform software system analyses to develop new and innovative solutions for our Customers. Responsible for the development and delivery of software solution frameworks for platforms and projects. Establish software system architecture to enable software development for products and systems of products. Support teams in identification and evaluation of appropriate technologies. Review and approve designs of software engineers for compliance against established architecture. Provide technical feasibility of new product concepts. Make recommendations for software solutions for future product development. Support software team in development of software designs that meet defined product specifications. Coordinate robust design reviews to ensure designs can meet product’s functional and performance requirements. 100% telecommuting role. Reports to company headquarters in Mentor, OH. Can work remotely or telecommute.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any), Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or related field of study and five (5) years of work experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained.
Must also have demonstrated experience with: Programming Language: C, C++, and Python; Operating system: Ubuntu; GUI: Qt/QML framework and Squish for UI testing; Dev Tools: CMake, Conan Package Manager, Docker, Jenkins CI/CD, or JFrog Artifactory; and Other tools: Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, or Sonarqube.
