YOUR TASKS IN A NUTSHELL


  • Crafting and implementing comprehensive growth, market-entry, soft launching, UA, and ASO strategies.

  • Conducting audits and diving deep into campaign results to assess their impact, leveraging product and marketing analytics insights.

  • Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships aimed at understanding and exceeding their expectations and identifying opportunities for additional services.

  • Working closely with the ASO, Creative, and Analytics specialists, steering the strategic direction and ensuring seamless coordination.

  • Monitoring project profitability and managing the project lifecycle from proposal to conclusion.

  • Mentoring team members across the agency and leading innovative initiatives.



ABOUT YOU


  • You have a solid understanding of the mobile gaming ecosystem with diverse experience in a dynamic environment.

  • You have already designed, executed, and evaluated complex growth strategies for mobile games.

  • You are experienced in using marketing analytics platforms, including MMPs, and can translate data into actionable insights and then act upon them.

  • You are unafraid to support the team hands-on in the area of your main expertise (UA, ASO, Monetization, etc.)

  • You have a strong track record of stakeholder management, either on the agency side or internally.


It will be considered a plus if:


  • You have extensively incorporated AI into your work.

  • You are experienced in other marketing spheres.

  • You have successfully mentored and educated the team in the area of your expertise.
