We’re looking for a marketing leader to own our growth strategy, focusing on product marketing and customer engagement initiatives. This is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the General Manager.

Primary Responsibilities: 
 
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Develop and support end-to-end product marketing strategies from product launches, feature updates, and sales enablement to win in the market.
  • Partner with Product Management to deeply understand our product roadmap and translate features into impactful marketing narratives.
  • Work cross-functionally to generate high-quality leads, accelerate sales cycles, and maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Oversee marketing budget allocation to maximize ROI and optimize spend across marketing programs and initiatives.
  • Utilize analytics and key performance indicators to refine strategies, improve marketing effectiveness, and report on business impact.
  • Develop a deep understanding of sales and marketing win-loss data to align marketing strategies with market trends and buyer behavior.
  • Analyze customer data, satisfaction surveys, and any voice of the customer feedback to proactively identify trends and understand the needs of our customers. 
 
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least two years in a leadership role. 
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence across teams.
  • Proven track record of owning and executing full-funnel marketing strategies that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Strong expertise in product marketing, go-to-market execution, and connecting the dots between product, marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Experience managing and optimizing multi-channel marketing budgets.
  • Experience with campaign analysis, measurement, A/B testing, and full funnel marketing-to-sales reporting.
  • Established understanding of customer advocacy frameworks and the complete customer lifecycle journey.
 
Desired Skills:
 
  • Collaborative team player who can roll up their sleeves when they have to and play the role of “player-coach”.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce for CRM.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Confident speaking about marketing pipeline metrics.
