About the Role
As a Research Associate, you will support both operational and strategic initiatives within theresearch team. You will assist with campaign measurement studies, audience generation, data coordination, and brand insights. While technical skills are beneficial, a strong willingness to learn and the ability to collaborate with different teams will be key to your success in this role.
What you’ll do
Support Measurement Efforts: Assist in gathering and organizing data from ad campaign measurement pipelines, working under senior team members’ guidance.
Collaborate with Client Teams: Work closely with client service teams to address client needs and ensure research findings are delivered effectively.
Contribute to Custom Research: Help produce custom research studies for high-budget campaigns or specialized audience insights to inform sales strategies.
Prepare Research Deliverables: Compile data and research outputs into reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
Provide Cross-Functional Assistance: Serve as a point of contact for analytical questions on high-visibility projects, escalating complex issues to senior analysts.
Maintain Project Awareness: Stay informed on ongoing research initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination and timely completion of projects.
Foster Collaboration: Build relationships across the organization, identifying opportunities where research can add value.
Assist in Thought Leadership: Contribute data or insights for webinars, case studies, and other marketing activities that position the company as an industry leader.
Learn and Apply Basic Analysis Tools: Utilize basic statistical methods, Excel, or other software to perform preliminary analyses, with a focus on learning new technical skills.
Uphold Quality and Detail: Ensure data and research outputs meet high standards of accuracy and relevance.
