Why Oviva?

At Oviva, our mission is simple: to build a healthier future for all. We do that by helping them change their behaviours and improve their health through personalised care, in a digitally enabled way.

By blending cutting-edge technology with compassionate behaviour change support, we’ve become Europe’s largest digital health provider in this space - already supporting almost 1 million patients and counting.

We're rapidly growing across the UK, Germany, Switzerland, and Poland. Join us in revolutionising healthcare - where your ideas and actions drive meaningful impact every day.

To support our continued growth and impact, we’re now looking for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team.

The Role:

As Clinical Lead Nurse, you’ll be our expert in GLP-1 prescribing and clinical leadership across obesity and Type 2 diabetes care. You will play a key role in driving service innovation, supervising a growing team of non-medical prescribers, and shaping our evidence-based digital weight management services.

You’ll work within a supportive multidisciplinary team - alongside endocrinologists, GPs, dietitians, psychologists, product specialists, and engineers - delivering safe, scalable, and person-centred care.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prescribe and monitor GLP-1 medications and other relevant treatments in line with NICE and local guidelines

  • Act as a senior clinical point of contact for complex pharmacotherapy cases

  • Provide day-to-day clinical and educational supervision to non-medical prescribers

  • Develop prescribing protocols, decision trees, and clinical training resources

  • Deliver training and mentorship across teams to promote excellent practice

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance digital clinical workflows

  • Lead and support clinical governance activities including audits, safety reviews, and quality improvement initiatives

  • Manage a clinical caseload and contribute to delivering person-centred care within Tier 3 services
