Job description

BnBerry is a travel tech company that helps hotels and resorts reach more guests and improve their guest experience. Our solution lets hotel businesses to easily list and manage their properties on Airbnb and VRBO, increasing occupancy rates and delivering exceptional guest experiences—all while maximizing their booking potential.

The new hire will join our BnBerry for Landlords team, building a new solution tailored for Individual Hosts and Landlords who want to put their vacation rental business on autopilot and drive more bookings effortlessly.

About the role:

We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to grow our B2C SaaS product through customer acquisition and revenue optimization. You'll lead paid media strategy and execution across major platforms, conduct rapid testing, and scale successful campaigns. This role combines creative testing, analytics, and conversion optimization.

In this role, you will:

    • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Bing, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Twitter Ads
    • Drive user acquisition through full-funnel growth strategies
    • Manage budget, media planning, and KPI reporting (CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV)
    • Work with creative and product teams on ad content, messaging, and offers
    • Run A/B tests to improve landing pages and onboarding flows
    • Create performance dashboards and provide insights to stakeholders

Requirements

    • 5+ years in performance marketing for B2C SaaS or subscription products
    • Strong knowledge of growth funnels and user acquisition
    • Experience with major ad platforms (Google, Meta, Bing, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Twitter)
    • Proficiency in analytics tools: Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Hubspot, PostHog/Amplitude/Mixpanel.
    • Results-driven with understanding of CAC, LTV, retention, and monetization
    • Adaptable to quick testing cycles and data-driven strategy changes
