Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join Renmoney's. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting various teams such as Decision Science, Risk Management, Collection, Marketing, Sales, Savings by monitoring and tracking various parameters to ensure effective credit risk management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and programming to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • DWH DDS and CDM layers administration, business-stakeholders centric approach sustain.
  • BI development: data-marts and dashboards development, BI self-service solutions, mentoring BI-team and qualified business-users (Power BI, Excel).
  • Communication with business-stakeholders (Data science, Risk, business units): involvement new data-consumers, task clarification, feedback-loop, Backlog prioritization.
  • Data-knowledge management, data-glossary and BI-standards administration (confluence).
  • Data management strategy execution.
  • Data quality management: Data-sources stability and availability control, bug-tracking SLA, realtime monitoring, DQ-checks system, investigates data-inconsistency, bug-tracking.
  • IT communication: ongoing data-sources and new data-sources integrations support.
  • Task management: task configuration and revision (Jira), code-review, time-to delivery SLA.

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) working as a Data Analyst preferably within the banking / fintech industry.
  • Advanced SQL, middle BI, proven experience in different dialects and BI-environments (Power BI as advantage)
  • Experience in data-quality analysis
  • Responsible self-controlling and remote team-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and deep understanding of stakeholders needs detection
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
