What you'll be doing
If you’re a collaborative and ambitious project manager with a passion for marketing, this role is for you. We’re a fast-growing Series C startup looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager to drive execution across brand campaigns, creative asset development, and integrated marketing initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone with experience managing brand or cross-channel campaigns, building project processes from the ground up, and streamlining creative workflows. You’ll bring structure to fast-paced brand marketing efforts and help the team stay focused, aligned, and on track to deliver work that elevates our brand.
Your days will be filled with campaign planning, coordinating creative production across teams and agencies, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. From overseeing sweepstakes to operationalizing content timelines for our social and brand teams, you’ll be the engine behind some of our most visible marketing work.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Operations Manager, Marketing. While the role is fully remote, the ideal candidate is located in the Eastern Time Zone to align with our team members in London and North America.
About you
You’re a master of organization who thrives in fast-moving environments. You bring clarity and structure to creative initiatives and know how to keep cross-functional teams moving forward. You’ve managed brand campaigns, built scalable project workflows, and understand how to partner with creatives, marketers, and agencies to get things done. You’re highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to juggle multiple timelines without losing sight of the big picture. Your coworkers know you as someone who brings order and
vibes.
