Job description

Ciberspring, founded in 2003, is a global technology services company and strategic partner supporting enterprise sales, digital marketing and service platforms across a variety of industries.  We empower organizations by advising, implementing, integrating and delivering innovative solutions that enhance human life.  We believe in transforming challenges into opportunities, unlocking potential for our clients, and fostering a culture of innovation and growth.  Our people are the center of our success. Discover a team where your voice matters, your ideas inspire, and your growth is prioritized!

Position Summary:

In this role, you’ll get the opportunity to design and build solutions for customers. You will partner with customers and internal team members to deliver high quality solutions that meet customer requirements. And you will effectively translate technical advantages and trade-offs to enable client decision-making.

Position Overview:

  • Lead detailed requirement gathering sessions with customers and work with the Ciberspring delivery team to ensure those requirements are documented and agreed to.
  • Navigate ideas from the whiteboard to polished business applications for our healthcare and life sciences customers.
  • Define, design, and drive the development of comprehensive solutions — including all Salesforce components, data and application integration, and selection of third-party tools — by coupling industry knowledge with technology understanding.
  • Support the Project Plan creation by detailing build steps and dependencies.
  • Identify and report technical risks to Project Manager.
  • Lead configuration specialists and business analysts in the documentation and creation of our solutions.
  • Lead customers through design reviews to refine and iterate on the solution design.
  • Effectively explain complex solutions to the C-level executives.
  • Participate in customer training sessions and other implementation activities to contribute to the overall project success across all deliverables.
  • Strategically build relationships with relevant customer sponsors and stakeholders within each project to actively identify and create future opportunities, references, and to develop a robust industry network for the organization.
  • Stay current with business challenges clients are facing, including new trends, market conditions, regulatory requirements and the competitive landscape.
  • Meet or exceed Ciberspring’s target defect rate.

What you bring to Ciberspring:

  • Expertise in documenting current state business processes, identifying gaps/areas for improvements, simplifying complex processes, as well as making recommendations for future state processes and system designs
  • Ability to effectively design and configure scalable solutions to meet client business needs
  • Leadership for the functional and technical teams through a full Salesforce project lifecycle
  • Proficiently define business requirements, write user stories, functional requirements, and provide detailed Salesforce design deliverables (flows, ERDs, etc)
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts and configuration specialists throughout the project lifecycle
  • Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration skills, ability to break build definition into achievable buckets of work
  • Consulting industry experience
  • Experience working with IT infrastructure teams and designing multiple integrations including email, SMS, telephony, and master data management
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and client interaction skills
  • Salesforce Certifications (a minimum of Advanced Administrator and Health Cloud certification within 6 months of starting role)
  • Healthcare/Life Sciences industry experience (preferred)
  • Exposure to Veeva products and integrations is a plus

We are dedicated to building a company that we can all be proud of. We come from all over the world and bring with us the passion and skill to solve our clients’ problems and a shared commitment to fostering a culture of openness, thoughtfulness, diversity and excellence.
