Job description

Hubspot Marketing Manager [Part Time, Contract]

We are looking for an experienced Hubspot Marketing Specialist to deliver on email marketing initiatives and help us complete a migration to Hubspot. This is a part-time position reporting to the Head of Lifecycle Marketing. In this role, you’ll produce engaging and effective email marketing campaigns, expand and streamline infrastructure, and collaborate with partners to elevate the lifecycle marketing program and help the business reach its goals. 

This is a contract position requiring a commitment of 10-15 hours per week with an opportunity to increase based on performance and business demands. Must have availability to attend meetings and communicate during regular business hours (9am-5pm PT), as needed. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct a comprehensive audit of Keap campaigns, identifying crucial data, templates, and images for migration to HubSpot
  • Collaborate with engineering to define data requirements for HubSpot email campaign creation
  • Transfer marketing campaigns to HubSpot, utilizing its email content builder, smart modules, and personalization features
  • Track campaign performance in both Keap and HubSpot following migration
  • Execute thorough quality assurance checks to ensure successful launch of new email campaigns
  • Analyze results and propose optimization strategies for improved campaign effectiveness
  • Implement monthly content and event newsletter campaigns in Keap and HubSpot
  • Monitor and maintain lifecycle campaigns, addressing and escalating issues as necessary
  • Provide expertise on lifecycle marketing strategies and user engagement flows to boost conversion and retention rates

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience leveraging an enterprise CRM tool
  • 2+ years Hubspot experience
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience with a scripting language or “Smart Content” (e.g. Liquid, AMPScript, Free Marker, etc.) 
  • Familiarity with data architecture best practices and data concepts such as APIs, JSON, ETLs, etc.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and many moving pieces
  • Exceptional organization and communication skills with a strong attention to detail
