Smartsheet is looking for an experienced Systems Administrator with a solid technical background combined with excellent customer service skills. You will administer multiple SaaS and on-prem technologies delivering reliable, scalable systems and achieving operational excellence. 

You will report to the Manager of IT Infrastructure located in our Bellevue, WA office.  

  

You Will: 

  • Administration, maintenance, and support of several SaaS platforms 
  • Administration, maintenance, and support of Service Desk ITSM solution 
  • Support the existing SaaS products as its user base and functionality grows 
  • Provide escalated systems support for Service Desk, problem resolution, and mentoring across the Corporate IT team 
  • Develop scripts and tools for automations of routine tasks
  • Conduct in-depth technical investigations to determine cause
  • Monitor system usage to ensure capacity is meeting growth requirements 
  • Collaborate on new IT programs to improve performance 
  • Create knowledge base content and review existing documentation for areas of improvement 
  • Perform additional duties as assigned 

 

You Have: 

  • 2+ years of work experience in a production Windows and Linux environment working as a systems administrator 
  • Excellent customer service skills and passion to learn and understand technology 
  • Ability to plan, organize, schedule and implement multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Experience with OKTA
  • Hands-on experience with OKTA Workflows
  • Familiarity with SOX or other compliance (HIPAA or PCI) 
  • Experience with PowerShell and other scripting languages 
  • Familiarity with internet protocols, network firewalls, routing, switching, and VPN 
  • Knowledge of ITIL\ITSM concepts and frameworks
  • Experience with FreshService ITSM (including workflow automation)
  • Can work an occasional evening, holiday, or weekend. Participate in an on-call rotation 
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis

Smartsheet provides a competitive base salary range for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to operate our business from. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive incentive opportunity.

US Base Salary Pay Range
$92,500$126,250 USD
