WHO YOU ARE:

As the Senior Director of Sales Strategy and Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our go-to-market strategies, optimizing revenue processes, and ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success teams. From optimizing revenue generation to building the commercial architecture and monitoring revenue metrics, you’ll be in the driving seat behind our future go-to-market strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset, capable of driving efficiencies and accelerating growth through innovative sales and operational initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Become the driving force behind the development of our sales strategy, sales enablement and revenue operations functions
  • Develop a clear roadmap and execute projects that optimize revenue generation, as well as overall profitability
  • Optimize sales capacity planning, territories, targets and compensation plans in conjunction with the head of Strategic Growth and other leaders
  • Identify opportunities to leverage our current CRM system and tool stack, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Provide analytical leadership to guide sales target setting, revenue modelling and forecasting.
  • Design the format of and facilitate Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, and share the health of the segment in larger Revenue forums.
  • Drive analysis to understand gaps and opportunities across the pre-sales and post-sales funnel.
  • Support segment leadership (director+) with forecasting and pipeline risk.
  • Define strategic operational priorities aligned with our go-to-market plans and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to foster knowledge sharing and enablement of the Go-to-Market teams, by creating documentation, sharing best practices, and facilitating training.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a closely related field, MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business strategy or similar role (preferably in B2B SaaS or tech companies experiencing rapid growth)
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis (Excel), BI (Tableau) and CRM tools
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization
  • Passion for designing scalable processes and driving operational excellence
  • Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • High motivation and resilience to drive organizational and operational change

The expected salary range for this position is $180,000 - $220,000, dependent on skills and location. The salary range is a good faith estimate based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations.
