We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Pristina. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring a professional experience for our candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for various departments, ensuring a fast and efficient candidate experience.
  • Conduct interviews independently and identify the best talent for our team.
  • Handle applicant management and coordinate meetings between candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a strategic partner to our departments, offering professional support in recruitment.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends and contribute ideas to enhance and develop our hiring strategies.

Qualifications
  • Excellent English language skills (mandatory).
  • Previous experience in recruitment, especially in an international company.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with autonomy and high responsibility.
  • A structured approach to work and the ability to motivate and inspire people.
  • German language skills are a plus.
