RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Director of ISO Strategic Partnerships, you will be instrumental in devising and implementing the strategy for meeting sales performance targets through our ISO (Independent Sales Organization) Partnership channel. Values-based selling is a must. The Director should keep current regarding professional and technical knowledge, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to increase customer acquisition.

  • Lead and manage ISO sales team to increased performance and deliver strategies to exceed sales targets

  • You will be measured on the net new accounts produced from your efforts and the efforts of your team

  • Manage and serve as the liaison between prospect and legal execution

  • Develop a “market dashboard” that maps key companies and industry trends that are relevant to the company; identify and effectively communicate attractive segments

  • Develop and implement business plans to penetrate new markets

  • Focus on hunting new partnership opportunities

  • Maintain partner relationships, ensure they are educated and actively producing as partner success drives your sales quotas

  • Actively seek out new ISO partnerships through cold calling, social media and networking

  • Regularly research top competitors and industry news to assess competitive landscape and corporate positioning


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: (Required)

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field AND 5 years of experience in sales, OR HS/GED AND 9 years relevant experience

  • 3 years managerial experience

  • Background in payments processing, FinTech and/or SaaS

  • High degree of strategic and analytical capability, including an ability to analyze new partnerships in financial terms

  • Experience in all aspects of channel relationship management

  • A deep understanding of the convergence of partnerships, technology and payments

  • Experience working with Senior management to align strategies and solutions

  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office Products

  • Must be 18 years of age or older


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Desired but not required)

  • Experience selling to channel partners (ISO, ISV, Agent, or Referral Partnerships)

  • Excellent communication skills and experience preparing and delivering presentations to C-level executives and managing objections in real-time

  • Excellent negotiation skills

  • Proven track record of increasing revenue through partnership generation

  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment

  • Solution-oriented with the ability to think strategically and creatively in decision-making

  • Strong attention to detail, and work ethic to exceed expectations and goals

  • Coachable and able to take direction and feedback well, yet being forward-thinking to challenge the status quo

  • Experience contributing to the broader goals of the organization beyond your immediate job description
