Trueline is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our team in a remote capacity in Texas or Hawaii. This role is crucial for managing post-foreclosure and landlord-tenant evictions while serving as a key liaison between clients and local counsel.
What You'll Do as the Litigation Paralegal:
- Serve as the primary contact point, facilitating communication between clients and local counsel
- Manage eviction referrals from start to finish, including case reporting and tracking
- Monitor local counsel performance to ensure alignment with client expectations
- Attend client meetings and provide regular case updates
- Utilize proprietary software for efficient case management
- Prepare and distribute weekly client reports
Must-Haves as the Litigation Paralegal:
- High school diploma
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and internet-based tools
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to teamwork and adaptability to change
Nice-To-Haves as the Litigation Paralegal:
- Legal experience or paralegal certification
- Familiarity with eviction processes, real estate, or litigation law
