Reporting Analyst (English Speaking) at Integritas Solutions

General Description:

We are searching for a Reporting Analyst who can turn complex data into clear, compelling reports and dashboards using Looker or Apache Superset. This role bridges technical data sources and business needs, delivering insights that drive decision-making across the organization. Also must have strong technical documentation skills.

Must be able to clearly communicate in English with both team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports.

• Work directly with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable outputs.

• Interpret data from Upsolver, Firebolt, and AWS data pipelines to create reports that are accurate, relevant, and easy to understand.

• Write comprehensive documentation explaining data sources, methodologies, and findings.

• Develop and maintain user guides and best practices for dashboard usage.

• Ensure high data accuracy and consistency across all reports.

• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to improve data flows and reporting efficiency.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Looker and/or Apache Superset in a production environment.

• Strong technical writing and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

• Proficiency in SQL and experience querying data from Firebolt, Upsolver, or similar platforms.

• Solid understanding of BI best practices and data modeling.

• Experience working in cloud-based environments, especially AWS.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Must have experience working with Agile methodologies and modern DevOps/DataOps practices.

• Experience working with globally distributed teams

Bonus Experience:

• Experience writing for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Familiarity with version control and collaborative documentation tools (e.g., Git, Confluence).

• Exposure to data transformation and ETL/ELT processes using Upsolver or similar platforms.
