The Project Coordinator may assist with various project activities in support of project initiation, planning, execution, control and closing. Including support of project schedules and budgets, cost tracking, status reporting, project communication, information gathering, coordination and facilitation of meetings, tracking and resolution of issues, and tracking risks and resources. The Project Coordinator may also plan and manage small, well-defined projects or sub-projects under the general direction of a more senior project manager.

Project Coordinator I
Bachelor’s degree - preferred but not required.
Degree preferred in areas of business, project management, healthcare, or related field
Minimum two years of experience in a project support role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with Clarity (project portfolio management) system – preferred but not required
Experience with Jira (agile project management) tool a plus.
Experience with Smartsheet (project management and collaboration) tool a plus.
Project Coordinator II
Bachelor’s degree - preferred but not required.
Degree preferred in areas of business, project management, healthcare, or related field
Minimum 6 years of experience in a project support role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with Clarity (project portfolio management) system – preferred but not required
Experience with Jira (agile project management) tool a plus.
Experience with Smartsheet (project management and collaboration) tool a plus.
Project Coordinator I -
Supports project management activities following Enterprise Project Management Office policies and standards, including monitoring project documentation compliance and maintaining the project documentation library.
Supports development and maintenance of project/program plans, including schedules, budgets, quality plans, resources, communications, and risks, while assisting with monitoring and controlling project task execution.
Assists with tracking and management of project costs, resources, issues, changes, risks, and monitors quality assurance of project deliverables.
Supports preparation of status reports and other project documentation, presenting information to organizational leadership, project teams, and client/customer groups.
Coordinates and facilitates project meetings while ensuring all documentation is properly established, maintained, and retained in project databases.
Project Coordinator II in addition to Project Coordinator I –
Develops and maintains comprehensive project/program plans including schedules, budgets, quality metrics, resource allocation, communications strategies, and risk management, while ensuring compliance with Enterprise Project Management Office policies and standards.
Manages project documentation library and quality assurance processes, monitoring deliverables and ensuring all materials are established, maintained, and retained according to organizational standards in project databases.
Leads project meetings and prepares detailed status reports for organizational leadership, project teams, and client groups, effectively communicating project progress, issues, changes, and outcomes.
Monitors and controls project tasks, deliverables, costs, resources, and quality assurance while maintaining documentation compliance with established standards and supporting overall project success.
May independently manage small, well-defined projects or sub-projects under senior project manager guidance, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and successful project completion.
Project Coordinator I -
Demonstrated experience in project management methods and techniques and development life cycle disciplines.
Ability to manage small, well-defined projects with minimum supervision.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools.
Certificate or training in Project Management a plus.
Ability to be highly detail-oriented.
Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision.
Project Coordinator II in addition to Project Coordinator I –
Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools and automated scheduling software.
Demonstrated excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.
Certificate or training in Project Management a plus.
Experience in project management methods and techniques and system development life cycles.
The expected hiring range for a Project Coordinator I is $27.00 - $34.00 an hour depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The current full salary range for this role is $24.00 - $41.50 an hour.
The expected hiring range for a Project Coordinator II is $75,650 - $102,000 a year depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The current full salary range for this role is $$71,000 - $116,000 a year
The bonus target for this position is 10 %.
