The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Business Process Developer you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Responsible for developing the front-end user interface (reports) and back-end data mapping to support the global end-to-end (E2E) process and toolset used to enable integrated supply continuity planning through product changes across multiple functions and geographies, specifically for the rebranding of packaging and labeling to Solventum
  • Translate business process requirements and complex data into clear, actionable IT solutions, specifically within Power BI
  • Own all aspects related to tool design and implementation, including testing, ensuring solutions align with organizational goals, requirements, and quality standards
  • Drive continuous improvement and partner with technical teams to optimize automated workflows to improve operational efficiency and agility
  • Troubleshoot issues, implement change requests, and drive user ticket resolution
  • Develop work instructions to support long-term maintenance requirements

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND eight (8) years' of experience in IT tool development and dataset construction and integration (this includes 2+ years’ experience with Power BI and other Power Apps, Microsoft Office, SQL query, Snowflake, DAX )

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED from AND twelve (12) years' of experience in IT tool development and dataset construction and integration (this includes 2+ years’ experience with Power BI and other Power Apps, Microsoft Office, SQL query, Snowflake, DAX )

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Microsoft certification in Power BI, data analyst, or Azure data engineer
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and preparing data from relational databases; experience with SAP S4 Hana and Business Objects
  • Experience with ETL tools and data warehousing and integration, especially in the context of supply chain data
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and other data analysis tools for quick analysis and testing
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of supply chain concepts, including inventory management, demand forecasting, logistics, etc.; familiarity with regulatory concepts, including global registrations and dependencies
  • Experience with product commercialization/phase-in-phase-out (PIPO) in the medical device or drug industry

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $137,439 - $167,981, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
