Job Description – Recruitment Sales Consultant
Location: LATAM (Remote, USA Market Focus)
Role Summary
As a Recruitment Sales Consultant, you’ll manage both the client and candidate sides of the recruitment cycle. As a strategic talent advisor, you’ll be responsible for business development, client management, and full-cycle recruiting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and build new client relationships through outbound efforts.
- Conduct discovery calls and understand client hiring needs.
- Source, screen, and match candidates to open roles.
- Manage the full recruitment process from first contact to offer.
- Build and manage pipelines in CRM.
- Leverage talent interactions to generate leads and referrals.
- Maintain high-quality communication with clients and candidates.
What Success Looks Like
- Monthly target of signed clients and placements met or exceeded.
- Trusted advisor relationships with clients.
- Strong balance between business development and fulfillment.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in full-desk recruiting or a combination of sales and recruiting roles.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership mentality.
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized and driven by goals.

Schedule & Benefits
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm EST.
