Job Description:

We are looking for Junior Consultants across various industries/sectors to join the team and lead on delivering strategic and transformation projects for small to medium-sized businesses.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and delivering consulting engagements end-to-end
  

• Working directly with clients to solve complex operational and commercial challenges
  

• Designing business cases, operating models, and implementation plans
  

• Providing structure, clarity and rigour across client projects
  

• Managing client relationships and independently driving workstreams
  

• Working across multiple industries and functions
  

Requirements

Requirements:

Experience:

• Graduate or Apprentice with a minimum of 2 years'of consulting experience
  

• At least 2+ years spent at a recognised consulting organisation (e.g. Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, McKinsey, Bain, BCG, LEK, Oliver Wyman, etc.)
  

• Completion of the firm’s full training programme
  

• Achieved at least one promotion during tenure
  

• Exposure to two or more industries and/or business domains
  

• Demonstrated ability to work remotely and independently
  

Skills:

• Strong analytical, planning and project management skills
  

• Sound understanding of business and commercial practices, including:
  

• Management accounting
  

• P&L and Balance Sheet structures
  

• Financial planning and analysis
  

• Budgeting and corporate reporting
  

• Business case development, including NPV calculations
  

• Knowledge of IT systems and business improvement tools
  

• Experience across the full consulting project lifecycle
  

• High-level communication and presentation skills
  

• Ability to manage own workload with minimal supervision
  

• Capable of liaising with mid- to senior-level client stakeholders
