Job description

A client in the security industry is looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist & Office Coordinator. This can be a fully remote role, but the candidate must reside in the greater KZN area. (Ballito/DBN/Umhlanga or surrounds).

Responsibilities: 


  • Managing procurement, including inventory, ordering of stock from suppliers, deliveries, to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders or tasks

  • Providing administrative support to the director, including managing records, paperwork, and databases. 

  • Identifying and resolving operational issues or bottlenecks to maintain efficiency and productivity. 

  • Identifying areas for improvement in operational processes and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 

  • Analysing operational data to identify trends, track performance, and make data-driven decisions. 

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures. 

  • Providing training and support to staff on operational procedures and processes. 

  • Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 

  • Ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of daily operations, including planning, logistics, and administration. 

  • Acting as a central point of contact, coordinating activities between different departments and teams, and ensuring effective communication. 




Salary: R15 000 - R18 000
