Job Description:

Rangam Inc. is seeking a Senior Application Operations Engineer to support the City of New York – OTI. The selected candidate will be responsible for application deployment, production troubleshooting, service ticket resolution, and implementation of application enhancements with a focus on security, cloud technologies, and CI/CD pipelines.

This is a 12-month fully remote contract with possible extension based on performance and project requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy applications and manage operations in production and non-production environments
• Handle service tickets and troubleshoot application-related issues
• Enhance application security and performance
• Use AWS and Azure tools for triaging and observability
• Manage source control and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Perform static and dynamic code analysis using quality and security tools
• Create and maintain technical documentation and participate in peer reviews
• Define requirements and deliver defect fixes and application enhancements
