Position Summary

Panorama Global’s Social Impact Department is responsible for programmatic execution of a variety of programs focused on topics ranging from global health to gender equality. The Program Manager, Social Impact will serve as a key team member on a portfolio of projects with an approach that is highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
This exempt position reports to a Program Officer, Social Impact and available on a fully remote basis in the U.S.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Program Administration and Support
Support and collaborate with the Social Impact team (including a Senior Program Officer, Program Officer, and Senior Project Manager) and other senior team members in their responsibilities, providing programmatic, research, and administrative support as needed.
Assist in the development and maintenance of workplans, roadmaps, and project management tools to support project teams and ensure quality outcomes.
Support and lead on engagement with key stakeholders to support projects in coordinating, planning, and tracking.
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings on behalf of select team members.
Plan and prepare key meetings (virtual and in-person) and presentations, which will include supporting development of agendas and meeting materials, as well as documentation for knowledge capture.
Issue meeting communications, handle logistics and notes, and prepare and disseminate materials.
Research organizations and individuals for data analysis and background documents.
Support in creating and/or copy editing a variety of materials, including proposals, PowerPoint presentations, emails, one pagers, newsletters, and research briefs.
As needed, provide timely inputs for proposals, briefings/debriefs, reports, and knowledge sharing efforts.
Maintain strong attention to detail to meet organizational objectives and quality measures.
Support administrative and operational functions in coordination relevant departments, including contracting, grants management, expenses, and communications.
Provide required timely and accurate recording of data and other information via systems including Harvest, Salesforce, Lattice, SharePoint, and Certify. Lead role in systems use and support for program team, acting as a resource and troubleshooting when necessary.
Maintain and update program documentation and resources, including program SharePoint folder(s) and resources on any other information sharing platform.
Other duties as assigned.
Grantmaking
Support Program Officer in grantmaking processes working closely with the Finance & Operations team and externally with partners as needed.
Lead on process and operational support needed to execute grants from start to finish.
Provide thought leadership in improving and updating internal process to improve grantmaking and partner engagement.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language, able to effectively synthesize information to reach diverse audiences and build consensus.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and willingness to learn other software programs.

Desired Qualifications
Documented history of detail-oriented project management experience, including responsibilities of managing a project or program from conception to implementation.
Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar customer relationship management (CRM) database and project management tools such as Asana.
Experience working in philanthropy, at a non-profit, and/or on social impact issues is a plus.
Additional language proficiencies welcomed.

Compensation & Benefits
The starting salary for this role is between $58,000 and $66,500. When determining an initial offer, we carefully consider these factors: candidate skill and experience; room for growth within the band; and internal equity across the team.
