Some of our key near-shore BPO services include smart-sourcing, dedicated or cluster teams, managed IT services, software outsourcing and the top ERP & CRM solutions, driven by our practices across many different industries. We are currently looking for a Client Solutions Executive - Remote (USA based candidates only) to join our team.
As a Client Solutions Executive at Talentus Global, you will represent and evangelize our unique capabilities in delivering complex, leading-edge custom software solutions. You'll generate leads, opportunities and engage with potential clients through presentations, discussions, and participation in local and national events, presenting Talentus Global's unique value proposition to executives while building strong, lasting relationships with others across industries and territories.
What will you do:
- Identify, prospect, and develop new clients either looking for, or potentials for IT outsourcing or BPO.
- Plan, implement, and manage lead generation and sales activities to meet annual revenue targets.
- Present Talentus Global capabilities through presentations, tradeshows, panels, and in-person meetings
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to prepare and present proposals for potential clients.
- Establish long-term relationships with existing clients to identify additional sales opportunities.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in the IT staffing industry and BPO.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve business goals.
- Work 100% remote.
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience selling professional IT or software services.
- Track record of generating a pipeline of prospects and converting those into clients.
- Consistent top 20% performance in sales achievements.
- Experience communicating with C-level executives, product management, and IT professionals.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using ATS and CRM solutions.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a global team environment.
- Reside within the continental US. No sponsoring at this time.
- Amazing soft and communication skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) ideal but not required.
