Job Summary:
The Global Services Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering service-oriented programs on a global scale. The role involves working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement. The Global Services Project Manager will oversee multiple strategic commercial projects to drive services growth, manage timelines, allocate resources, and coordinate service-level agreements while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
You will make an impact in the following way:
1. Internal Resource Management
- Act as a key liaison between Belden's internal teams and the internal Global, Products and Solutions organization, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
- Strategically allocate the appropriate internal resources based on capacity and priority
- Develop, implement, and maintain clear processes and accountability frameworks to ensure efficient resource utilization
2. Commercial Project Management
- Support global accounts to position and drive Services for long-term growth
- Foster cross-functional collaboration across sales, legal, and product management teams to ensure timely project delivery and continued momentum
3. Global Services Program Management
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across regions
- Improve and manage program tools, processes, and communication (SharePoint, knowledge repository, SFDC, Jira, internal training, etc.)
- Generate reports and dashboards to track program performance, utilizing key metrics and insights (SFDC and other financial reporting tools)
- Implement quality standards for service deliverables
What you bring:
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in cross-functional roles, with experience spanning technical and commercial domains (such as program and/or product management). PMP and prior resource management experience is preferred.
Skills:
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with industry challenges, opportunities, and technologies to drive technical advancements, identify solutions and make informed decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled at collaborating and communicating with global teams across various commercial and technical functions, understanding their distinct objectives, and ensuring project alignment to drive collective success.
- Time Management: Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to maintain a high level of organization, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Accountability and Follow-Through: Demonstrated commitment taking ownership of tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and delivering high-quality results. Proven track record of following through on commitments and maintaining accountability for outcomes.

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $85,200 - $127,800 plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
