Position Summary:
The Quality Support Specialist works collaboratively within the Enterprise Quality Team to help drive a wide range of administrative and reporting Quality functions within Healthmap’s Kidney Health Management Program.
The ideal candidate will be located in EST or CST time zone.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide feedback to help improve overall operational performance
  • Drive on time delivery of client deliverables through the coordination and calendaring support
  • Track all the department’s Jira tickets.
  • Support audit, reporting, and research activities
  • Establish trusting, supportive, and collaborative relationships with internal teams
  • Assist in preparation for meetings both virtually and onsite by for example, preparing materials or arranging venue for onsite meeting
  • Create email updates, agendas, team meeting invitations and capture notes for Quality Department meetings on Teams and in during in-person calls
  • Collaborate with team leaders in uploading content on SharePoint site
  • Perform other duties as assigned
 
Requirements:
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of support experience in a healthcare environment
  • Worked independent of company framework to drive key performance outcomes.
  • Understanding of medical terminology
  • Experience with EMR systems is desired
Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Products, including: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Strong attention to detail in the completion of tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Cooperative and communicative attitude with leadership and team
  • Skilled at dealing with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment, independent of direct guidance
  • Flexible with the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities
 
Travel:
  • Limited Travel, Scheduled per needs of the business
