Job description

About Us

Compensation is more than a paycheck, and traditional approaches don't adequately reflect it or the way people work today.

We're on a mission to change that. We see compensation as everything a company gives its people in return for the work they do. It should be easier to understand, offer, manage and spend.

Long-term, we're working towards becoming the place where compensation happens and is managed by those who award and receive it. We're on our way to coining the term "Compensation-as-a-service".

We’re proud to be backed by leading European VC funds, having raised over €20 million.

About You
  • You have 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with a solid understanding of different insurance products.
  • You are fluent in Spanish and English (Spanish for customer interactions, English for internal communication and documentation).
  • You hold a Level 2 insurance certificate or higher, and meet the regulatory requirements to work in this space.
  • You have a customer-first mindset, with a proven ability to empathise, communicate clearly, and deliver high-quality service.
  • You have strong analytical skills, and feel confident interpreting policy details and making informed recommendations.
  • You are self-motivated, organised, and comfortable navigating complex workflows in a fast-changing environment.
  • You’re a collaborative team player, happy to work cross-functionally and share insights with others.
  • You are adaptable and open to learning, especially as the insurance landscape continues to evolve.
  • Experience in negotiating with insurance partners to secure the best outcomes for clients is a plus.

Nice to haves

  • Experience with health insurance a plus.
  • You have experience as a skilled negotiator, capable of securing advantageous terms with insurance partners.
  • Sales exposure or experience working alongside sales teams in an insurance or financial services environment.

  • Be the go-to expert on health insurance, advising clients on the best coverage options, managing renewals, and helping them navigate the insurance landscape with confidence.
  • Support and coach the Sales team, bringing your technical knowledge to client conversations, explaining policy details, and answering complex questions around coverage.
  • Tackle insurance-related challenges by applying your deep understanding of products and processes to troubleshoot issues, remove blockers, and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Lead the activation and migration of clients from other brokers, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience in coordination with the Ops team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Marketing, and Tech teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Share feedback with the Product & Tech teams, helping us improve our health insurance offering and internal workflows based on client needs and market trends.
  • Stay on top of industry developments, including changes in regulations, market conditions, and new product opportunities.
