Sales Consultant

We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic and personable Sales Consultant with a background in the cleaning or service industry. What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound calls to promote our cleaning services to potential clients.

• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored cleaning solutions.

• Convert hot and warm leads into bookings by highlighting the value of our services.

• Stay up to date with our offerings to confidently address customer questions.

• Build lasting relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Maintain accurate customer data in our CRM system.

• Provide excellent follow-up and resolve customer concerns with professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience, preferably within the cleaning services industry (e.g., selling end-of-tenancy, carpet, or deep cleaning services).

• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-focused mindset.

• Self-motivated and disciplined, able to manage your schedule independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team.

• Access to a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and backup systems for potential power outages.

• Experience using CRM systems to manage client interactions and sales pipelines.

• Calm under pressure, with the resilience to handle objections and rejection professionally.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complaints with professionalism and tact.

What’s In It For You:

• A competitive base salary of R8,000/month, plus uncapped commission (on-target earnings of R25,000/month).

• 40 days of paid annual leave.
