We are currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to be part of the team. This person will be responsible for the selection of outstanding talent and supporting their progression to placement. You will work closely with all other areas of the business enabling sales and delivering diverse and high-quality candidates, aligning to market and client need, via an efficient and effective acquisition process.

Responsibilities

  • Being responsible for the end-to-end execution of the acquisition process, discovering talent reflecting client demand, liaising with sales and accounts team.  
  • Actively engage in diverse and inclusive hiring strategies  
  • Designing innovative sourcing strategies to target high potential candidates whilst being a champion of candidate experience  
  • Conduct any necessary compliance checks, verifying documentation etc. 
  • Managing candidates' expectations, ensuring they are kept informed and engaged throughout their experience.   
  • Co-ordinate with internal & external stakeholders and partners, including, HR, Talent, Training, Charity partners and others to align supply with demand.  
  • Co-ordinating and organising hiring events and speaking with potential candidates whilst advocating for the brand and talking confidently and enthusiastically about our offering. 
  • Prepare talent profiles for clients and sales teams, highlighting technical and non-technical skills.  
  • Facilitate Interviews & Outcomes - support between the consultant and clients for arranging interviews and give feedback to candidates following interviews/meeting with clients. 
  • Take ownership of alumni tracking and engagement  
  • Be data driven, providing insights and market intelligence.  
  • Coordinate closely with recruiting team members to innovate our research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping and competitor analysis

Key Skills:

  • Strategic recruitment planningto develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with the company's long-term goals and workforce needs. 
  • Experience in candidate assessment and selection to accurately assess and select candidates in response job requirements and the discernment to identify the best fit for the company's culture and needs. 
  • Have an analytic and data-driven approach,skilled in interpreting data, understanding recruitment metrics, and using insights to drive strategy.  
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing stakeholder relationships at multiple organisational levels. 
  • Proactive in identifying issues and proposing effective solutions. 
  • An understanding of the market, foresight to anticipate industry trends, and the ability to build a sustainable talent pipeline via best practices in talent acquisition. 
  • Commitment to maintaining professional relationships and discretion within the team and with clients. 
  • Committed to supporting the business by offering insight, solutions and suggestions to improve and scale.
