Job description

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Franchise Operations to lead and optimize our client's franchise operations. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive operational excellence across the franchise network, ensuring that all locations meet corporate standards and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all franchise locations.
  • Monitor franchise performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing support to franchisees to enhance their operations.
  • Lead training initiatives for franchise partners, ensuring they understand and adhere to operational guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop promotional campaigns and operational initiatives that drive sales and profitability.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, formulate strategies, and present insights to executive leadership.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for franchise partners, fostering strong relationships and addressing any operational concerns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in franchise operations or multi-unit management within the retail or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying operational efficiencies.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in franchise training and support.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support franchise locations.
