We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to drive our company's innovation and growth. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional candidates for highly technical and specialized positions.

The ideal candidate will have a very good understanding of the technology space, an open mindset, the ability to think outside of the box, and be able to work in an unstructured environment as well as contribute to building more efficient processes and tooling.

The job is fully remote, but the person should be located in Egypt.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to identify recruitment needs and define job requirements.
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and technical communities.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for technical roles.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, extending offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive hiring practices, and technology tools to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
  • Foster relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for the company.
  • Use recruitment metrics to track progress and improve hiring efficiency.

Requirements

  • Must have: Strong knowledge of technical domains, with education and/or experience in computer engineering or similar. Please do not apply if you have never written a line of code and if you rely on the hiring managers to clarify the role expectations and technical skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in the tech domain and wanting to pursue a business/management path (software engineer, pre-sales engineer, tech lead / engineering manager, project manager, and similar).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with candidates.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Ability to assess technical skills through preliminary conversations.
