Key responsabilities:

  • Serve as the central point of contact for product training and demonstrations.
  • Develop and improve training concepts, materials, and tools for Smart Reporting products.
  • Provide high-quality education to customers and partners to foster product adoption.
  • Support Sales and the Partner Success Team with product demonstrations.

Job description

  • Serve as the central point of contact for product training and demonstrations
  • Improve and develop training concepts, materials, and tools for our Smart Reporting products
  • Provide high-quality education on all aspects to customers and partners
  • Foster adoption and steer the customer from the first interaction towards happily using our product
  • Understand customer's user workflows and interaction with legacy software as well as our new product to ensure best use of our solution
  • Support Sales and the Partner Success Team by providing product demonstrations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Medical Engineering, Radiology — or experience as an MTRA / MT or within the healthcare sector
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare workflows
  • A proactive, independent, and highly customer-focused approach
  • Strong communication skills and a reliable, structured working style
  • Business-fluent in German and English (spoken & written)
  • Willingness to travel across Germany for client visits (2–3 times/month)
