Your Impact:

The Senior Associate, Recruiting will partner with the Business Development team to identify/screen/quality candidates for IT positions ranging from Help Desk Support and Application Development to Network Engineering, CIOs, CTOs, and more.

Source, screen, interview and evaluate candidates for temporary, contract and contract-to-hire opportunities
Foster long-term relationships with candidates
Review and understand technical job requirements and technical skills
Review, reformat and present resumes to meet client expectations
Develop strategies designed to qualify candidates through various tools or network
Negotiate pay rates with consultants through various tools or network
Meet with candidates in person, telephone or video conference to assess qualifications

What Do You Need to Succeed?

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
5+ years of recruiting experience in healthcare IT with a focus on Epic, Data & Analytics, Cerner, ERP and more.
