We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Paid Media Specialist to join our growing global marketing team. This role will focus on Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta) with additional support for Paid Search (Google, Microsoft). It demands strong copywriting and analytical skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset. You will play a pivotal role in building, executing, and optimising paid campaigns across various platforms—from initial setup to reporting—while working closely with the Senior Paid Media Manager to deliver measurable ROI.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Help define Wiley’s approach to Paid Media as part of its overall service mix
  • Manage paid campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn, and support with Google & Microsoft Ads to promote services across multiple Wiley business lines
  • Build, launch, and manage PPC campaigns focused on submissions, lead generation, and brand awareness
  • Design targeting strategies to ensure optimal campaign performance
  • Monitor budgets and implement A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, bidding, and targeting to improve CTR, CPA, and CVR
  • Continuously analyse campaign data to identify optimisation opportunities
  • Report on campaign performance, highlighting CTR, CPCs, conversions, CPAs, and budget spend
  • Produce post-campaign analysis to generate actionable insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including organic social and design, to deliver high-performing ads
  • Prioritise and manage multiple campaigns with strong organisation and time management

We Are Looking for People Who Have:

  • Hands-on experience in PPC management, ideally in B2C marketing
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Experience running ads on Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with GA4 and analytics tools for campaign reporting
  • Basic understanding of Google Ads is a bonus—we’re happy to support your development
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to drive business outcomes
  • Strong communication and reporting skills for senior stakeholders
  • A collaborative spirit with creative thinking and adaptability
  • Enthusiasm for learning and staying current with industry trends
