Job description

Ready is seeking a proactive and technically skilled AI Platform Operations Specialist to drive the automation, optimization, and monitoring of AI-powered workflows. In this role, you will work at the intersection of AI, platform operations, and process automation—ensuring seamless integration, data integrity, and efficient execution across internal and external systems.

As a key member of the Engineering Team, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing AI-driven workflows, ensuring operational reliability, and scaling AI-powered automation across the organization. This role is not about AI model development but rather about operationalizing AI systems, ensuring their efficiency, reliability, and compliance.

About your role at Ready ⚡️

  • Implement and manage AI-powered automation workflows to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and streamline operational processes.

  • Track and optimize AI model performance and automated workflows, identifying anomalies, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in real-time production environments.

  • Develop and execute QA/QC frameworks to ensure data integrity, feature validation, and verification.

  • Configure and maintain internal automation tools, reducing friction for teams and ensuring scalable and efficient AI operations.

  • Optimize language model prompting techniques and function calling mechanisms to enhance AI-driven automation and decision-making.

  • Identify and resolve AI system failures, automation breakdowns, and operational issues to maintain smooth AI service delivery.

  • Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation of AI workflows, operational procedures, and platform behavior to support efficiency and troubleshooting.

  • Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to optimize AI utilization, flag risks/blockers, and drive continuous improvements in AI-driven workflows.

  • Ensure AI operations align with data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards while adhering to industry best practices.

  • Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience with deep empathy for user interactions with your tools and workflows.

  • Work with, train, tune, and configure existing AIs to perform as agents and contribute to Ready’s Center of Excellence.

A bit about you 🥇

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in AI operations, product operations, or process automation within a SaaS or AI-driven environment.

  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML operational workflows, MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

  • Strong background in automation, scripting (Python, SQL), and internal tooling to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Experience with AI system monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing workflows in production environments.

  • Knowledge of QA/QC methodologies, AI-assisted decision-making frameworks, and operational analytics.

  • Proficiency in AI model monitoring, data validation, automation tooling, and workflow optimization.

  • Experience with LLM prompt engineering & function calls to enhance AI automation and model-driven workflows.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted automation tools and configuring workflows without deep engineering expertise.
